Financial Information 

We can provide an estimate of your cost prior to surgery.  The estimate is for the surgery center only, and is based on your surgeon’s treatment plan and the benefits provided by your payor. It does not include any patient financial responsibility for the surgeon and anesthesiologist, covered implants, or any other ancillary services or tests ordered by your doctor.

The purpose of the procedure pricing on this page is to learn more about the average price patients pay at Milestone Surgery Center.  Prices are estimates and subject to change.  Actual charges for health care services are dependent on the procedural circumstances at the time the service is rendered.  Factors affecting procedure price include, but are not limited to, medical supplies, medications, implants used and/or additional procedure (CPT) codes billed in conjunction with the primary procedure (CPT) code.
